- Support the preparation of engineering plans and specifications for hydraulic structures, stormwater BMPs, green infrastructure, and stormwater conveyance systems.
- Manage project task budgets, schedules, and staff assignments, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) processes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior engineers and technical staff, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation, while promoting and applying GIS, Civ3D, and other emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency and clarity.
Depending on project staffing needs, travel of up to 25% may be required for project site visits, client meetings, planning activities, or overseeing construction.
Key Skills & Experience:To succeed in this role, you must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Experience with InfoWorks ICM and a solid understanding of the local market are essential. Prior experience in project management and client interactions is preferred, along with active participation in water resources associations to demonstrate a commitment to professional development and industry engagement.
