Able to present technical information to customers Project Management: The position requires the candidate to manage multiple customer and internal requests concurrently with speed, accuracy, and efficiency Leadership: The position requires foundational leadership skills that are expected to grow over the candidate’s career at ADM DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED: Independently manage creative projects and drive outstanding sales performance in the Beverage and Sweet categories Develop creative and innovative Flavors across all applications within the category Work with integrated ADM flavor & extract development to define a robust portfolio of flavoring ingredients useful to our customers Develop a strong network of relationships with customers Collaborate with the flavorist community to ensure transfer of knowledge Work with Marketing to promote the category, message and publicize our competencies Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities for the Beverage & Sweet categories Participate on all high potential Beverage & Sweet projects Travel: able to travel up to 25% KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proven track record of success in the F&F Industry, notably in the Beverage & Sweet categories. Capable of creating innovative flavors upon joining the organization. Bachelor of Science Degree or higher (chemistry /Food Science preferred) At least 2 years working as a Flavor Chemist on the bench Must be a member in good standing in the Society of Flavor Chemists, if US-based Knowledge of all flavor raw materials, flavor chemistry, flavor creation & composition Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and delivery technologies.
