As a key member of the Energy Service Team, the Coordination Manager oversees the daily operations of the Commercial Coordination team. This role focuses on driving the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the Commercial Coordination team ensuring tasks are completed to expectations and providing coaching or guidance as needed
- Leverage scheduling systems and dashboards to ensure Commercial Field Service Technician (CFST) schedules are fully optimized, accurate, and up to date
- Support Commercial Coordinators in optimizing resource utilization and work closely with Field Managers to prioritize critical tasks
- Continuously assess and refine team processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Lead training programs for Commercial Coordinators; ensuring alignment with business objectives and shifting priorities
- Partner with senior leadership to set and achieve departmental goals and performance targets
- Cultivate a positive, high-performing team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements - Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in customer service, project management/coordination, electrical projects, or general construction (preferred)
- Proven ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills for handling critical issues
- Self-motivated, independent thinker with a proactive approach to challenges
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in phone and email correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interdepartmental communication skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork
