We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our R&D and Chemical Engineering team. This role provides hands-on experience in process development, process engineering, experimental research, and data analysis related to technologies for lithium recovery from brines. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical process development and applied R&D experience in a cutting-edge field with real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Literature review and summary reports
- Assist in laboratory experiments, including testing and material characterization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to support process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists on research projects.
- Draft process engineering diagrams, run mass and energy balances.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings.
- Maintain laboratory safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience with BFD, PFD, mass and energy balance are required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
