Printpack is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Sustainability Program Manager. This position will report into our Atlanta corporate office to the Director of Sustainability.
Responsibilities include:- Cross functionally lead and collaborate with other functions on special projects & process building to facilitate sustainability-focused transformation of the business (Example: ISCC+ Program implementation, Decarbonization project management across multiple sites)
- Engage with industry leaders, suppliers, partners, and current and future customers to address market needs for sustainable packaging innovations and solutions.
- Develop and maintain expertise on all relevant frameworks, data aggregators, ratings and rankings orgs., certification bodies and regulatory authorities (Example: Extended Producer Responsibility, Carbon Disclosure Project)
- Maintain master project list with financial impact analyses, priorities and status updates
- Develop and maintain expertise as Life Cycle Analysis subject matter expert
- Report internally to leadership on progress toward goals, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Support sustainability reporting as needed

- Demonstrated experience in flexible packaging industry
- Experience in sustainability and understanding of key concepts
