The RoleThe Construction Environmental Manager will create and oversee SWPPP program at Willmeng, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to SWPPP Best Management Practices (BMPs). This role will report to the Director of Risk Management.
What you will accomplish- Develop and implement SWPPP policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of regulations and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide training.
- Manage permitting processes and reporting requirements.
- Oversee public outreach and educational initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts.
What we would like you to have- Minimum of 5 years experience within construction based environmental services.
- High School Diploma required.
- Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC) and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) preferred.
- Knowledge of the local regulatory environment.
- Experience in the following softwares preferred:
- Estimating & Cost Analysis: B2W Estimate, Procore and STACK Estimating
- Stormwater & Erosion Control Design: HydroCAD and StormCAD
- SWPPP & Compliance: Mapistry, StormwaterGo and Fieldwire
