About Landscape Architecture:Ayers Saint Gross landscape architects specialize in the design of the natural environment, seamlessly integrating architecture and site. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated entry level designer to join our Landscape Architecture studio. Qualified candidates shall submit a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design abilities from conceptual thinking through construction documentation and, preferably, with strong graphic communication skills.
Responsibilities:Candidate will work with landscape architects, architects, and planners on a variety of tasks including:
- Developing design and planning concepts
- Diagramming
- 3D modeling - Sketchup, Revit, Rhino
- Producing presentation graphics and renderings
- Creating presentations
- Preparing working drawings and technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino and/or 3D Studio Max
- Exceptional graphic communication abilities with modelling capabilities desired
- Proficiency in CAD
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate on large teams as well as work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity for regular project-related and inter-office travel

The salary range for this position is $55,000-70,000 annually.
The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate's qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
