Direct Solar, the premier, best-reviewed solar provider in Las Vegas, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Lead Generation Manager to join our team. As we continue to transform our nation's energy infrastructure, one home at a time, we specialize in residential installations across California, Nevada, and Texas.
With our robust, in-house, industry-leading lead generation program, we offer a seamless transition into solar for newcomers and a rewarding opportunity for salespeople who excel in this crucial first step of the sales process. Responsibilities
• Be a Master at the art of solar lead generation and deliver high-quality residential leads. Train team members to achieve the same level of proficiency early in their careers
• Develop and implement effective sales protocols and training programs to enhance sales force productivity and performance
• Manage your assigned region
• Oversee the onboarding process (in combination with our recruiting team) for new recruits in the Las Vegas region, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to refine your skills and foster a positive, self-growth-centered team environment
• Represent Direct Solar professionally and contribute to raising awareness of solar power in Las Vegas
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Previous management experience AND a strong background in sales and/or lead generation D2D, or B2B, or within a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and a positive attitude
• Experience with commission-based compensation packages is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous
• Eagerness to grow and contribute to a cutting-edge industry
• Ability to build positive and lasting relationships with team members
