- Review and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of the in-field team
- Drive sales through the appointment setting team
- Create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.
- Management responsibilities include: - Day-to-day operations of a group of employees while simultaneously leading the way in sales production
Responsibilities• Master the art of solar lead generation and deliver high-quality residential leads, ensuring team members are proficient early in their careers.
• Develop and execute effective sales protocols and training programs to boost sales force productivity and performance.
• Take charge of the assigned region in Las Vegas, NV.
• Lead the onboarding process for new recruits in Las Vegas, working with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills and cultivate a positive team environment focused on self-growth.
• Represent Direct Solar professionally and help raise awareness of solar power in Las Vegas.
QualificationsRequirements:•
Previous management experience AND a strong background in sales and/or lead generation D2D, or B2B, or within a related field• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and a positive attitude
• Experience with commission-based compensation packages is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous
• Eagerness to grow and contribute to a cutting-edge industry
• Ability to build positive and lasting relationships with team members
