This role requires an experienced
EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are properly executed.
- Lead EHS training programs to promote safety awareness and best practices across teams.
- Oversee waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives to maintain environmental compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and GMP regulations, keeping up to date with industry standards.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to drive a safety-first culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in EHS roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in OSHA regulations, GMP environments, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH are a plus.
