Our needs:We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a Senior Level Landscape Architect with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.
Requirements- bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master's degree preferred but not required)
- minimum of 15 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
- experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
- demonstrated strength in business development, including building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to firm growth
- strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
- ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
- comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
- experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
