Our needs:

We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a Senior Level Landscape Architect with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.

Requirements

bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master's degree preferred but not required)
minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
demonstrated strength in business development, including building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to firm growth
strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
