Who we are looking for...We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect at ETM, you will play a pivotal role in our creative design process, leading projects, and guiding a team of talented landscape architects to create inspiring and sustainable outdoor environments. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver exceptional landscape architecture solutions. The following skills will be required for this position:
- Project Leadership: Take charge of large-scale landscape architecture projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design, sustainability, and functionality.
- Design Expertise: Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs that align with project goals, client needs, and environmental considerations.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior landscape architects, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding their objectives, and ensuring project success.
- Site Analysis: Conduct site analysis, including topography, soil, and environmental assessments, to inform design decisions and ensure environmental sustainability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure compliance with local and national regulations, zoning codes, and environmental requirements in the design and construction process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, horticulturists, and other consultants to integrate landscape architecture with the overall project design.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect.
- Proven track record of leading successful landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
- Strong design and graphic communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Excellent knowledge of local, state, and national landscape architecture codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, consultants, and team members effectively.
- Passion for sustainability and the environment.

- Have a deep understanding of landscape architecture principles, construction techniques, and relevant software tools to effectively communicate design concepts and oversee project implementation.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate landscape design into larger projects and ensure a cohesive and successful outcome.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver designs that exceed expectations and result in repeat business and referrals
