As a member of the Golf Course Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of The Broadmoor golf courses and surrounding areas.

What you will be doing:- Plant annual and perennial flowers and fall bulbs, water, fertilize, dead-head and perform other duties for maintaining annual and perennial flower beds.
- Assist with maintaining vegetables plantings in the vegetable greenhouse and farm including watering, weeding, planting and cleaning.
- Maintain ornamental shrub plantings and beds. Perform light pruning and trimming, assist with new plantings, clean and weed beds, water, fertilize, apply mulch.
- Operate cultivation equipment for preparing landscape areas for plantings.
- Operate utility vehicles and other small equipment including hedge trimmers, hand and backpack blowers, rototillers, and sprayers.
- Prune trees and shrubs utilizing proper trimming and pruning principles.
- Assist with various landscape projects including irrigation and drainage, applying soil amendments, tree staking and wildlife protection.
- Housekeeping of golf and grounds building facilities.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and friendly service to fellow employees and customers.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:- Valid Driver's License required.
- Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and non-potable water. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the environment is loud.
