T&M Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Site Development team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. Responsibilities to include assistance in preparing landscape and lighting plans, site plan drawings, prepare sketches and concept plans, prepare renderings and computer modeling. Will also be responsible for performing site inspections for landscape related projects.
Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively on landscape architecture, civil and planning projects as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Work directly with Directors and Project Managers to engage in all aspects of the design process including analysis, exploration of conceptual ideas, design development, documentation, and construction administration
- Creation of presentation graphics including computer generated plan / perspective renderings, and sections
- Assist in preparation, coordination, and completion of construction documents
- Communicate design ideas both graphically and orally, and to contribute to the development of design concepts
- Review shop drawings and contractor submittals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies, planning, engineering or closely related field required
- 2-4 years of experience with landscape / land development projects
- Experience in AutoCAD required
- Experience with hand graphics, SketchUP, Photoshop, Land FX and Microsoft Office a plus
- Planting and horticultural knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
