Join ATCC and be part of a team that supports the global scientific community with trusted, authenticated biological materials.Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance batch production records for biological materials. Assist with enterprise resource planning software implementation.
- Documentation: Write, edit, and revise production batch records in compliance with good laboratory practices. Identify necessary revisions to SOPs and work instructions. Collect, analyze, and report data with meticulous documentation.
- Continuous Learning and Problem-Solving: Expand knowledge of various cell lines and organisms. Address challenges in alignment with organizational policies. Communicate complex issues effectively in a training environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Prior experience with technical writing, documentation and process improvement highly preferred.
- Prior experience in biotechnology industry.
- Hands on laboratory experience and aseptic technique required.
- Attention to detail, specifically with documentation and batch record review.
- Ability to adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
