Job Summary Candidate: Must be able to develop comprehensive training material for operators and process engineers within the following areas of expertise:
- To include process drawings, flow and process control descriptions, equipment training, animations
- To include basic and advanced board operator training modules for operating DCS and troubleshooting process deviations.
- Be able to use and be proficient in the following software systems:
- MS Visio, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Storyline 360 (CBT), MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Outlook, etc.
- Design and development site specific training materials for operators, board operators, maintenance personnel within petro-chemical, refinery, pipeline industries.
- Be able to have a strong background, experience with troubleshooting as it relates to training board operators.
- Be able to develop training packages for Operator Training Simulators in conjunction with UOP and Honeywell.
- Ability to conduct classroom training for advanced distillation and basic process technology.
- Independent, and be able to engineer solutions as needed to support various client work scopes as needed.
