Description

The Operational Excellence Champion (Manufacturing) Will:

Analyze data to identify improvement areas, establish KPIs, and track progress
Lead Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement events
Serve as the go-to expert on Lean, OpEx, 6S, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
Drive process improvements and document cross-functional strategies
Provide training and lead rapid improvement efforts to enhance productivity
Manage OpEx projects, track cost savings, and report results

Profile

Minimum of 4 years in a lean or operational excellence role within manufacturing
Comfortable spending a majority of the day on the production floor
Proven experience facilitating Kaizen events
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (equivalent experience may substitute)
Lean Six Sigma certified - Black Belt preferred
4+ years in process improvement and operational efficiency
Strong leadership in cross-functional projects
Familiar with ACE tools (root cause analysis, mistake proofing)
Local to Bellingham, MA
