For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $164,000 - $246,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do? - Deepen understanding of regional business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spot process gaps and drive improvements.
- Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Leverage regional process knowledge to define a global standard aligned with industry best practices.
- Ensure adoption of global standards and drive the implementation of best practices within regional operations.
- Support plant master data transformation and engage regionally on domain-specific matters.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? - Strong knowledge of Order Management tools (SAP, SEA, MySE) and process optimization methodologies.
- Ability to guide and manage organizational change, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of regional business dynamics, cultural nuances, and the capacity to develop a clear strategic vision.
