For more information on our products, please visit our site: https://www.atlascopco.com/en-us/itba/industry-solutions/joining-solutions Mission: Responsible for maintaining the Innovation Center, setting up trial cells and equipment, and conducting testing Job Responsibilities: Perform setup and teardown of robotic cells for adhesive dispensing, mechanical joining, and integrated vision lab trials Conducting testing in the Innovation Center and supporting personnel in the IC with their testing/trials Identify equipment needed for trials and coordinate with Inventory Specialist to retrieve for trial assembly Support Inventory Specialist in establishing an equipment inventory system Assemble part fixtures used for in-house trials and prototype builds Prepare post-trial equipment for shipment to the intercompany repair center Disassembly and re-assembly of dispensing equipment (training provided) Prepare and section metal coupons for mechanical joining cross-sectional analysis Help ensure a clean working environment in the IC Wiring and routing cables and hoses for equipment Education and Experience: Agile mindset, ability to identify problems, find a solution, and execute Ability to troubleshoot capital equipment from a mechanical and electrical perspective Experience with machine shop/power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, Bridgeport) The assisted heavy lifting of 50lbs or less is required Electrician certification and electrical experience preferred Background in the assembly of adhesive dispensing equipment would be a plus What can you expect from us?
