The Director, Commercial Professional Marketing will chart the course for the strategy and vision for Commercial Product Marketing and drive the performance of the business. The role will lead professional marketing efforts to generate demand for the US/Canada game portfolio. The role will lead strategy and tactical initiatives to launch brands to maximize demand. The role will establish brand positioning, tactical plans, KPIs and develop promotional materials, and set direction for partner stakeholders. This highly cross-functional role will lead multiple cross-functional partners to achieve the full potential of the Aristocrat game portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, North America, the Director, Commercial Professional Marketing, will work closely with executive leadership to develop effective people and business strategies to support and elevate outstanding employee and customer experience while driving business performance.
What You'll Do - Lead North America strategy and tactical pull through of professional marketing campaigns, including sales for tools, professional media assets, trade show marketing plans and digital promotion
- Lead cross-functional team members to scale and build "go to market" launch plans for prioritized games
- Effectively partner with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, D&D and Commercial team partners to drive business objectives
- Customize regional launch plan and customer strategies, content and promotions to generate demand
- Lead development of core promotional message platforms and pull through campaigns
- Engage with advertising and promotional agencies to manage campaigns, performance results and budgets
- Develop annual commercialization plans including, key initiatives, milestones and resource requirements
- Partner with Market Research function to scale, build and execute research initiatives
- Lead the team and foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement and development
- Scale and build senior executive presentations, core internal and external communications
- Represent Aristocrat in public forums, industry, and trade discussions
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field of study.
- 10+ years of experience in professional marketing and business leadership experience. Gaming experience and market knowledge are preferred
- Proven ability to define, lead, and execute a business strategy that drives operational excellence and revenue.
- Experience in the use of marketing technology implementations, business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards
- Proven track record of leading stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives
- Experience in driving marketing campaigns, performance marketing management, and measurement
- Experience with advertising technology and marketing technology implementations and management
- Strong business acumen and the ability to execute marketing strategies designed to establish market presence and increase business performance.
- Proven success in business case development, presentation, and measurement
- Experienced with risk identification, negotiation, and mitigation
- Experience orchestrating and developing people and working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Passion about driving inefficiencies out of the business while maximizing results and impact
- A strong balance of strategic and pragmatic marketing skills and significant experience in integrated, multichannel campaigns
- Demonstrated competency in the identification of business opportunities, markets, and innovation needs

Travel Expectations Up to 25%
Pay Range $182,332 - $338,617 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
