ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Provide support, as required, to ensure that a safe and healthy environment is provided for all employees and compliance to all governmental regulations and corporate policies is maintained.
- Participate in developing process designs that conform to Rockline / Iatric sanitary design standards, government regulations and have the capability to produce products that meet customer and business requirements.
- Provide technical support, expertise and analysis in resolving process quality issues, developing in-process control procedures, reducing process variability, performing capability analysis and developing process centerlines.
- Provide daily manufacturing support by assisting operating teams resolve quality and productivity issues as required.
- Provide leadership in analyzing production, waste and delay information to identify opportunities to maximize output, reduce waste and improve overall asset efficiencies.
- Provide technical support and coordination for the commercialization of new products, processes and systems for any of the Facility manufacturing processes, including process trials, checkouts and validations.
- Participate in the development of process / equipment technical documentation and assist with technical training implementation.
- Develop capability to read and create P&ID drawings and create functional specifications for Chemical Mix processing controls.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering field of study. Education or experience utilizing statistical applications and in-process quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to learn advanced statistical applications and in-process quality control techniques.
- Must have basic math and computer skills and possess the capacity to learn more advanced math and statistical methodologies.
- Must be well organized with the ability to support and participate in multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate utilizing written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop training materials and effectively train adult learners.
