Position Specific Description You will lead the Financial Operations (FinOps) agile team, serving EverBright's internal financing team, with a goal of enabling effective, efficient, and compliant management of our residential clean energy financing business. Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to helping make it easier to onboard and train partners to our flagship partner platform, managing financial and physical products in our systems, and maintaining integrity and compliance across the platform to bolster EverBright's overall success and our reputation as the best decarbonization partner in America. What You'll Do: Drive Strategy: Develop, gain alignment on, and execute a strategic roadmap for FinOps. Product Development: Drive product development from concept to go-to-market with strong ownership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, finance, sales, configuration, marketing and others teams to ensure alignment of goals and outcomes. Customer Insights: Engage with customers (internal and partners) to identify pain points, opportunities, and insights to move the business forward. Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analysis to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Metric Definition: Define and track key performance metrics to ensure we are delivering value.
