JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing histological specimens from diverse tissues for spatial transcriptomics.
Optimize specimen preparation protocols for animal and plant tissues
Working cross-functionally with different teams
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with four years of preparing histology specimens
Experience with histology of biological specimens for microscopy.
Experience with embedding, fixation, thin (cryo)sectioning, staining, in situ hybridization, and immunolocalization.
Experience with spatial transcriptomics experiment
