SummaryThe Senior Landscape Architect 1 is an industry leader that develops high quality, imaginative and practical landscapes, urban designs, and advanced design solutions for complex projects such as master plans, park plans, recreational facilities, roadways, parkways, hospitals, schools, land subdivisions, and commercial, industrial, and residential sites efficiently with little to no oversight from other licensed Landscape Architects. The person in this position is expected to exercise a strong work ethic and have an appetite to apply innovative design concepts. They have excellent organizational and communication skills and mentor others with less experience to achieve excellent results. This person will quickly shift between detailed landscape design work and larger-scaled master planning work in a fast-paced professional environment. They are expected to work well with others, absorb and apply constructive criticism, seek guidance from more experienced members of the team, and provide useful feedback to others in an effort to build the team.

Project DeliveryLeads the production of and provides quality control for the following:
