Overlake is seeking a dedicated Manager of Environmental Services to lead our EVS team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and infection control standards.
- Train, schedule, and supervise EVS staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning protocols, supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare/hospital EVS role.
- Strong knowledge of safety, infection control, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
