Summary
The Regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager provides safety systems management, customer management, and EHS support for the Datacenter Physical Security program to strengthen safety culture and assure safety culture is maintained across the global program. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent presentation skills and incident management experience.
Essential Functions
Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) administrative duties.
Provide coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for the EHS team.
Develop and present slide decks and other materials working with SME's and stakeholders.
Coordinate safety projects with other HQ teams, such as Training Team, Tech Comm, and OPMs.
Database management and reporting; using Power BI and Excel to create and maintain reports.
Responsible for document retention.
Schedule, facilitate, and take notes for client and internal meetings using client meeting technology.
Serve as a point-of-contact for safety functions and documentation; act as a communicator of information for site-based and headquarters-based operations personnel.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to workflow and operating practices to improve efficiency.
Conduct annual review of safety-related documents in partnership with stakeholders.
Maintain a "customer service" approach to problem solving and work with client to find solutions to questions or concerns.
At the direction of the Global EHS Manager, perform other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
Able to travel (international or domestic, as required) approximately 70% of the time, occasionally with limited notice.
Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency or high-priority event.
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Minimum Hiring Standards
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must hold or be able to obtain a valid driver's license or equivalent.
Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
Must be able to travel to countries and meet country's entry requirements.
Must hold a passport or be able to obtain one.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety or similar, or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with Health and Safety regulations.
Knowledge of European and Asia Pacific rules and regulations related to Environmental Health and Safety.
