On Call, As Needed
Under general supervision, the Gardener performs maintenance and gardening work in school district grounds and fields, performs gardening work on turf and shrubs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid California Driver's License and be eligible for the district's liability insurance coverage.
Completion of formal or informal education sufficient to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance. Ability to perform basic math skills.

Appointment to this position predicated upon successfully passing a district paid physical examination, proof of a negative TB test, district required proficiency tests, and fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and FBI.
