Bilingual (Spanish) Solar Operations Specialist We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Residential Solar Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a passion for renewable energy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of residential solar systems while providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of residential solar systems. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and addressing inquiries in both Spanish and English. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure project success. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient completion. Support site assessments and inspections to determine optimal system placement and performance. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits. Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential solar operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with Nevada state and federal solar regulations and codes. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as PV design software and CRM systems.
