What You Can Expect As our Operational Data and Document Management Intern, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of operational documents, analyzing data from our monitoring tools, and elaborating rooftop safety action plans. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to cultivate essential professional skills, especially in the realm of solar activities and asset management. The position requires a commitment of up to 40 hours per week. This internship program spans three (3) months, from February 2025 to May 2025. Analyze operational data from our current monitoring tools. Compare and contrast findings with data from our old monitoring tool to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Improve alarm flows in our monitoring system to track failure codes. Review data gathered from ENGIE rooftop safety assessments. Provide digital support to the O&M team. Configurate new equipment into the monitoring tool. Optimize O&M activities by working on gathering the right information (Inverters SN, trackers conditions, SEL conditions). Improve dashboard in Power BI to help O&M prioritize and reduce downtime failures. What You’ll Bring You are at least a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Information Systems or a related field. You are proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel tools. You are knowledgeable in safety standards, regulations, or renewable energy. You have exposure to legal business agreements and data analysis tasks. This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy. Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies. Compensation Hourly Range: $21.00-$25.00 USD hourly. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
