Site Design Project Assistant Job Locations: US-TX-Plano ID: 2024-6223 Category: Administration Position Type: Regular Division: Renewables Overview Project Assistant, Renewables Division Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Assistant to join our renewables team. A Project Assistant (PA) for the Renewables Division is responsible for data integrity, document management, and best practice implementation on projects. The PA supports Project Managers in the success of the project through the administrative/professional side of project management. Project support may be billable projects or non-billable projects. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities Work with Corporate Services and Project Managers for support with contracts, branded material, and prequalifications. Coordinate production of proposals based on direction from Project Managers. Coordinate production of project reports based on direction from Project Managers. Review proposals and reports for correct formatting and branding. Proofread proposals and reports for consistency and grammar. Develop or modify branded material for reports, proposals, work orders, task orders, and statements of qualification. Assist Project Managers with conference calls, meetings, documentation, and follow-up (both internal and external). Provide document backup for invoicing and collections. Maintain accurate data within the Deltek VantagePoint database system, including project set up, tracking, and reporting. Support Professional staff with licensure efforts and state compliance requirements. Required Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job-related experiences and training. Effective written communication is necessary and past experience with the renewable energy industry is a plus. Adapt to ever-changing work environments. Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills. Capacity to independently manage multiple projects/assignments, determine and set job priorities, and work with limited/direct supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a professional services environment.
