What We Are Looking For An Environmental Sr. Project Manager who is a problem-solver and an environmental strategist known for hands-on practical experience in investigations, one who is ready to lead our field teams. What You Will Be Doing: The successful candidate will work on projects ranging from site investigations to regulatory compliance tasks, feasibility studies, and remedial design and/or implementation. EnSafe is a sell/manage/do organization, so your duties will also include supporting marketing/business development efforts and serving in a managing role over support staff: Provide client and project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental investigations and remediation oversight, primarily for our DoD clients and municipal projects. Managing fieldwork, compiling data, preparing reports, and oversight of projects. Managing environmental site assessments and remediation projects. CERCLA Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies. Preparation of work plans and UFP-SAPs. Understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations, especially TRRP regulations and reporting requirements. Preferred: Experience with environmental DoD contracts. Experience in emerging contaminants such as PFAS. What You Will Need BS in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Chemical) or Geology, or related environmental science. 10 years' experience in environmental compliance, geology, and/or environmental engineering. Texas PE or PG License. Project Management experience is required. Strong consulting and problem-solving skills are required. Communication skills, written and verbal, are critical to success.
