We seek an experienced Solar Project Engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects across various locations. Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Manage all aspects of solar PV project development, including site assessments, feasibility studies, design, permitting, procurement, and construction management. 2. Site Evaluation: Conduct site evaluations, solar resource assessments, shading analyses, and environmental impact assessments. 3. System Design: Design cost-effective and compliant solar PV systems following relevant regulations and best practices. 4. Procurement: Prepare technical specifications, manage vendor selection, and negotiate contracts. 5. Project Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, contractors, authorities, and utilities for smooth execution. 6. Quality Control: Oversee installation, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to standards and specifications. 7. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including calculations, drawings, and reports. 8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and codes for solar PV installations. 9. Performance Monitoring: Develop systems for monitoring and analyzing the performance of installed solar PV systems. 10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices for process improvements. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related) or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar PV project development and implementation. 3. Proficient in solar PV system design and analysis software (e.g., PVSyst, HelioScope). 4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. 5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and clients. 6. Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and codes for solar PV installations. 7. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Professional certifications related to solar PV system design, installation, or project management. 2. Experience with utility-scale and commercial solar PV projects. 3. Knowledge of energy storage systems and their integration with solar PV systems. 4.
