If you are passionate about the EV industry and working with awesome teams in a fast-growing company, we want to speak with you Join us in making a meaningful impact JOB SUMMARY: As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily momentum of projects and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will be involved in the planning, execution, and completion of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects. Working closely with construction project managers, contractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure the smooth coordination of construction activities and adherence to project timelines and specifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work with senior leaders on scheduling, invoicing, and partnership agreements. Meet with team members to learn about the status of existing projects and details about new projects coming into our workstream. Understand the roles on a construction team and assign the next steps in the workflow of project demands. Comprehend the full scope of complex projects and ensure they are delivered on time. Relay information back and forth and track and disseminate information in real-time while keeping projects organized and on schedule. Collaborate with every level of the team on plans, campaigns, partnerships, and projects. Manage the scheduling of team discussions/meetings within the organization and with external partners. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Previous experience in construction project coordination or related roles, with exposure to electrical or infrastructure projects. SMARTSHEETS experience is a plus. Highly curious, creative, and motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication with construction teams and office members. Proficiency in Smartsheet, Google Docs, and Sheets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 1-2 years experience in working directly with upper management or project management is required. Education and Experience: Proficient in engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Process-oriented, with experience in developing processes to track multiple projects. Construction industry experience is a must. Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent spelling, grammar, and editing skills required. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of employees.
