Sr. Environmental Professional/Branch Manager Job Requirements: Responsibilities will include management and/or oversight of various environmental and compliance projects including, but not limited to: soil/soil vapor/groundwater investigation and remediation projects, compliance audits, waste/stormwater engineering, and a variety of due diligence related projects. The successful candidate must embrace a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide management and technical oversight on projects to ensure success and compliance with project objectives and regulatory requirements. The individual will be responsible for the preparation of reports as well as reviewing reports and other documents prepared by project managers, staff engineers and geologists. The successful candidate must have strong office and staff management skills to include scheduling, mentoring, training, and helping staff to work effectively on projects. The candidate must have the skills required to interface and negotiate complex issues and technical solutions with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. While not required, business development and marketing experience is a plus. Qualifications: BS/BA degree and 10 years of professional environmental consulting experience. Professional Registration is preferred. Experience with managing multi-disciplinary project teams. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed. Demonstrated success in the development and management of clients and growing a practice that sustains a group of professional junior staff. Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers (preferred). Valid U.S driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. Proficient with MS Office software.
