Position Description Summary/Objective This position is responsible for administrative support and managing numerous contract documents and reporting requirements for partnerships and joint ventures related to Freeport LNG Business (Owner) and future potential LNG investment business. The individual must be comfortable in an executive business setting and able to coordinate correspondence with international partners. Excellent organizational, production, and document management skills are required. Essential Functions Organize business meeting records and track contract obligations Prepare executive and working level presentations and reports Prepare and finalize board meeting agenda and meeting minutes Coordinate with stakeholders for receipt and delivery of documents Gather and arrange pertinent documents when requested by the company’s legal firm Support administrative needs of commercial, finance, and technical teams, including travel and meeting arrangements as needed Desire to work in a team-oriented culture Ethical conduct Detail oriented Discretion and confidentiality Qualifications Required Education and Experience Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
