The Sustainability commitment encompasses the Company’s Sustainability Focus Areas – People, Products, and Planet. The Head of Sustainability drives the governance structure and is accountable for successful prioritization and execution of the strategy and associated initiatives, including regular education and awareness of Sustainability progress among the Company’s stakeholders; monitoring relevant regulations worldwide; and embedding sustainability impact analysis into the Company’s strategic plan. The Sustainability Project Manager is a member of the LivaNova LEIP team. The Sustainability Project Manager will be mainly responsible for: Assisting the Head of Sustainability and ESG Task Force to execute against the Sustainability strategy with data gathering/analysis & PMO support. PMO lead for onboarding and embedding an ESG Tool, including Carbon Accounting. Assist to design and embed a cost model to provide multiyear revenue and EBITDA projections. Automate Sustainability data collection and centralized storage. Develop, implement, monitor, and evolve process/data frameworks and controls. PMO lead for Sustainability initiatives. Maintaining the central framework to gather, monitor, prioritize, and communicate Sustainability requirements. Establish a cadenced internal process to proactively validate SOX controls & identify risks. Updating information related to LivaNova’s Sustainability Ratings. Monday.com as the Sustainability PMO portfolio planning and tracking tool. Cost and timeline monitoring to develop baselines for future PMO initiatives. Knowledge of all tools and technologies that support Sustainability-related activities. Assisting with the maintenance of a central internal and external Sustainability website. Stakeholder analysis, mapping, and change impact assessment. Essential Job Functions: Data aggregation and modeling. Lead project delivery, monitoring budget, resources, and timeline.
