About this Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the OneStream platform. This role also involves supporting the OneStream Application Control Manager (ACM) and Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across systems. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for the OneStream platform, addressing user queries and resolving system-related issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for using OneStream, ACM, and Hyperion DRM. System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, ensuring the OneStream, ACM, and Hyperion DRM platforms are running efficiently and effectively. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups. Manage user access and security settings, ensuring appropriate permissions are in place. Configuration and Customization: Assist in the configuration and customization of OneStream and ACM to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and data integration processes within OneStream and ACM. Data Management: Oversee data integration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between OneStream, ACM, Hyperion DRM, and other financial systems. Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the OneStream platform and ensure consistent metadata management through Hyperion DRM. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct training sessions for end-users, enhancing their knowledge and proficiency with OneStream, ACM, and Hyperion DRM. Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to the OneStream, ACM, and Hyperion DRM platforms. Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements and are effectively integrated into the system. What You'll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial systems support, with a focus on OneStream. Experience with OneStream ACM is highly preferred. 8-10 years of Hyperion experience. Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and analysis. Experience with data integration and ETL processes. Skills: Proficiency in OneStream, ACM, and Hyperion DRM administration, configuration, and customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other relevant software/tools.
