As a Retail Solar Sales Representative at V3 Electric, you will play a pivotal role as the face of our company in our partner retail store, Home Depot. Your primary objective is to make a lasting impact on potential customers by fostering relationships, generating excitement for our products, and educating them on renewable energy and storage solutions. Job Type: Full-time Hourly: $17.50-20/HR (plus commission depending on performance) Responsibilities Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers in designated partner retail stores Proactively network by encouraging customer referrals and regularly follow-up with potential leads Driving Solar Sales and Renewable Energy Sales through effective engagement and education Serving as a Retail Sales Representative for V3 Electric's sustainable solutions Generating enthusiasm for V3 Electric's products and educating customers on renewable energy and storage solutions Scheduling appointments for the Inside Sales Team to further engage potential customers Contributing to the expansion of V3 Electric's customer base Promoting Sustainability and Green Energy practices in the retail environment Customer Relationship Building through effective communication and engagement Utilizing Technology Skills, including proficiency in using an iPad/computer and various software applications Physical Abilities & Requirements Access to Reliable Transportation Working within a retail store schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts Utilizing Technology Skills, including proficiency in using an iPad/computer and various software applications Benefits Corporate Lifetime gym membership.
