This position will also manage the transfer of information between systems with both customers and vendors. This position will also require in-depth knowledge of EDI programming, expert troubleshooting skills and experience with end user training. This position requires a strong and positive customer service aptitude as it is customer facing when setting up or diagnosing issues with B2B EDI transactions.
