Job Description: As a Senior Client Success Manager at VECKTA, you will be the primary point of contact for several high-value Fortune 500 clients, overseeing the successful deployment of onsite energy systems and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Serving as the lead customer-facing representative for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, developing and influencing the structure of decarbonization programs, and acting as a trusted advisor. Directing the deployment of tens-to-hundreds of MWs of projects per year. Expanding and deepening relationships with clients by identifying additional opportunities for onsite energy deployment and providing strategic guidance. Educating clients on the benefits and capabilities of onsite energy systems, empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their sustainability objectives. Owning and leading execution of key client tasks, including portfolio evaluation, site optimization, and oversight of client RFPs in the VECKTA Marketplace. Understanding and communicating client requirements to internal teams, including marketing, sales, energy modelers and software developers. Collaborating with VECKTA's network of suppliers and financiers to facilitate the procurement and financing of energy projects. Success Criteria: Success in this role will be measured by: Satisfied, empowered clients, who are excited about and actively working to deploy onsite energy projects with VECKTA. Growth in engagements with existing clients, moving strong business cases forward to RFPs in the VECKTA Marketplace and ultimately to operating assets. If you think about growth as a mix of hunting and farming, this role is heavily skewed towards farming. Continued engagement and subscription renewals by your clients. Rapid deployment of onsite energy systems by your clients. Contributions to the development of VECKTA’s service offering, including authoring of reports, oversight of RFPs in the VECKTA Marketplace, and enhancements to our software and tools. Qualifications: Degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably for large clients with complex stakeholder groups. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. Experience deploying renewable energy technologies and projects, with an emphasis on behind the meter systems. Broad understanding of energy markets, technologies, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
