Job Overview: As an Account Coordinator at ChargeTronix, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our renewable energy initiatives. You will be the gatekeeper for incoming and outgoing shipments for our Key Accounts and customers. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure the successful execution of projects, facilitate effective communication, and contribute to the overall success of our renewable energy projects. Your dedication to fostering positive relationships and your keen attention to detail will drive our efforts to create a sustainable future. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships. Understand clients' renewable energy needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Regularly communicate project updates, timelines, and progress to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and sales teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with leadership to schedule site tours, key account visits, and daily agendas. Monitor project milestones and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to address them. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential and existing clients. Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation, aligning with company standards and client requirements. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to renewable energy projects, providing insights for decision-making. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in renewable energy technologies. Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones. Qualifications: Must have EV experience or similar experience in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrifications, Solar Micro-Grids, Energy Storage. Sales Support is a PLUS. Proven experience in client relationship management, account coordination, or project coordination. Strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
