We are a small company, so you will immediately have an impact on the growth of our team. You will learn from seasoned commercial real estate finance veterans, while working in a growing field. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but primarily will be focused on general capital markets strategies including (i) sourcing of investors for 4A2 and SASB executions, and negotiation of, and rating agency modeling for, such executions, (ii) managing existing and future warehouse facilities, and (iii) maintaining relationships with single asset investor offtakes. If you have a drive to learn and work hard, and enjoy a small, growing environment, this is the role for you Responsibilities: Working with rating agencies to ensure pooled assets maintain highest possible rating Assisting in SASB transactions, to ensure efficient closing, as well as ease the process for rating and pricing Developing and maintaining a list of offtake partners/participants for large loans Maintaining and developing 4A2 capital markets partnerships Master our capital markets software, T-REX/Finsight, to ensure ease of reporting Managing and maintaining warehouse relationships and facilities Understanding nuances of each state’s PACE program Learn to pre-underwrite and close PACE projects Assistance with monitoring of existing portfolio Other tasks as needed Skill set must include the following: At least 5 years of experience with commercial real estate/C-PACE Prior experience at a rating agency (highly desired) Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks Extremely organized and responsive Curious, with a problem-solving attitude (identify issues and suggest solutions) Exceptional Excel skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate and quality work-product We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome our employees’ differences, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or Veteran status.
