Our client, an innovative manufacturing company, is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the development of state-of-the-art equipment. The ideal candidate will have creativity, curiosity, and a strong commitment to high-quality fabrication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pay Range: $28 - $35
Whats the Job?
- Fabricate, repair, and develop multiple types of equipment.
- Apply principles of welding and fabrication in daily tasks.
- Embrace lean manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, meeting customer deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Whats Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4 years of experience in welding, including Aluminum MIG and TIG.
- Proficiency in trade skills such as welding, fabricating, and machining.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and perform extended reaching.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to follow required policies.
