We are a leading provider in the commercial swimming pool industry, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer support. We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our team and help expand our business in the Charleston, SC region.
Job Summary:As a Territory Manager for CES, you will be responsible for managing sales within your assigned region, building new client relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. You will represent our innovative water quality control systems and services, while working closely with project managers, customer service representatives, and management to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, frequent travel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track potential clients from various sources, including referrals, trade shows, and social media.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with clients, showcase products, and build strong relationships.
- Present and demonstrate CES products, emphasizing value-added features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the CES team to resolve client concerns and ensure seamless service.
- Provide regular reports to management, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on sales activities and performance.
- Attend regional trade shows, expos, and training events as needed.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans and budgets for your territory.
- Provide client training and education on CES products and services.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in commercial swimming pool equipment or related industries.
- A 4-year degree is preferred but not required; relevant associate or trade degrees with sales experience are acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of aquatic facilities and water quality control systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with social media for client engagement and lead generation.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, stooping, and driving for extended periods.
