Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to manage consultants performing environmental tasks across Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey. This position is open to candidates who can work within a four-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Maryland and southeast Pennsylvania, as well as expertise in the following areas: - Stream and wetland field studies
- Rare, Threatened, and Endangered Species Consultation, field studies, and reporting at both the state and federal levels (US Fish and Wildlife Service)
- Stream and Wetland permitting at both the state and federal levels (US Army Corps of Engineers)
- NPDES permitting for linear projects and substation sites
Additional qualifications include: - Proficiency in working with and managing field consultants
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Experience managing a large volume of projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
