Overview TRC Energy Services (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, beneficial electrification, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US. TRC is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated QA/QC Project Coordinator to support our commercial and industrial energy program implementation in the TVA service territory. As QA/QC Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of data and progress for energy efficiency and beneficial electrification projects. Your knowledge, skills, experience, and passion for sustainability measures directly impact TRC, our clients and the consumer's bottom line. Qualified candidates will be a hands-on, skilled resource and possess technical capabilities including knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency, green building and/or sustainability. Background and/or degrees in sustainability and/or energy efficiency is preferred. The position is located in Nashville Tennessee. Responsibilities Maintain and update quality control processes and procedures to ensure that projects meet established program requirements and timelines. Review each project upon its completion to ensure all data points meet established program requirements. Identify quality issues and work with the respective team members to promptly address the discrepancies. Monitor performance metrics and timelines to support program goals. Determine and communicate when adjustments are required. Act as Project Coordinator on projects to maintain connection with current program processes and requirements Coordinate with program staff and customers to actively manage multiple projects throughout the entire lifecycle. Determine project eligibility by reviewing, validating, and approving application documentation; inform customers of decision. Exercise independent judgement to anticipate project/customer needs and ensure projects progress in a timely manner. Understand and interpret program documentation, including but not limited to guidelines, processes, and procedures. Decide when to submit for project extensions and exceptions, to determine if projects can maintain incentives. Issue final incentive approval and complete project closure procedures. Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed the customer's expectations and program requirements. Update project tracking systems, including online software, Microsoft Office and call center software. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5 years of professional experience in a project coordinator or related position. Exceptional attention to detail and strong decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, collect and document project requirements, successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self‐driven with established critical thinking, analytical, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to understand and interpret established process guidelines and manuals to implement project flow. Previous experience working independently as well as the ability to work in a team atmosphere to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Highly qualified candidates will demonstrate: Previous professional experience in a QA/QC position or role. Experience and/or interest in the energy efficiency/electrification/sustainability industry. Outstanding organizational, time-management and planning skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative style that works well in multi-disciplinary teams. Experience working with a CRM system to manage data and create reports. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
