Responsibilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans for group lessons ensuring they are engaging and meet the needs of participants.
• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels, focusing on water safety and proper swimming techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate participants' progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean aquatic environment, including regular pool inspections and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules and special events, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
• Preferred 2 years of experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard
• Current lifeguard /swim certification
• Strong communication skills for teaching and interacting with students
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
• Competencies: US Work Authorization
