Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve department and organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Oversee operational performance, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate and work across multi-discipined teams, including executives and senior leadership.

10. Work with the Clinical Education department to improve and provide a comprehensive, updated, and continuous education program.

Requirements:
Current State of Alaska Paramedic Licensure or Registered Nursing License required; advanced degree preferred.
Prior aviation and/or air medicine experience required as well as 5 years of leading flight or clinical teams.
Knowledge of asset allocation and risk management, training/education, and public speaking skills.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Prior knowledge of training and education prefered.
Experience managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for innovation, collaboration, and driving positive change.
