You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape impactful marketing content, inspire employee engagement through thoughtful programming, and strengthen partnerships within the community. What You Will Do At Acme:- Support Corporate Sustainability Goals
- Collect and organize data on sustainability KPIs across key workstreams, including: raw materials sourcing, climate impact, sustainable packaging and waste reduction.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to organize, access, and share sustainability metrics, such as: customer sustainability requirements, traceability compliance, raw material purchasing and certification, and B Corp metrics.
- Generate monthly reports that include both quantitative data and a qualitative narrative on progress toward sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with Acme's Sustainability Director to identify new targets and explore areas for further analysis.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing
- Work with sales and marketing to create and implement high-quality, consistent sustainability themed content for: social media, trade shows, sales pitches, and industry events.
- Develop a People and Community Engagement Strategy
- Partner with Acme's Director of Engagement to develop strategies guided by the B Impact Assessment framework.
- Design policies and programs that align with Acme's values and enhance employee engagement.
- Create and manage a schedule of activities, including: volunteer opportunities, team-building events, community partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate programs across all four North American manufacturing facilities.
- Grant Writing and Nonprofit Program Administration
- Write grant proposals to support sustainability and community initiatives.
- Administer nonprofit awards programs, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Manage event planning for related programs.
- Oversee donor database administration and management.
- Collect sustainability data and compile monthly reports.
Your Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Food Systems, Non-Profit Management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in nonprofit management, sustainability reporting, or corporate social responsibility, marketing, grant writing, or other writing experience.
- Proven experience in donor cultivation, event planning and program coordination.
- Experience in nonprofit awards program administration and project management a plus.

- Familiarity with the seafood or food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., B-Corp metrics, traceability standards).
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and traceability compliance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling reports and content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Skills or experience with data analysis is preferred.
- Design skills a plus.
- Completion of training programs as assigned and/or required including standard of work.
Physical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or prolonged periods of standing.
- 10% travel is required for this role.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Compensation Range: $66,000 - $80,000 annually.
*This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
