REPORTS TO: Recycling Manager, Venue Manager, District Manager
FLSA: Hourly Non-Exempt
The job duties described below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job classification. Description of the Position:In general, the Concert Recycling role is responsible for maintaining all garbage and recycling receptacles during the 2024 Edgefield Concerts on the Lawn concert series. Duties include, but are not limited to: emptying and relining garbage cans; sorting through items for recycling and compost; trash patrol; directing people to their destinations within the property; and maintaining excellent customer relations. Above all this position requires a positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Each employee will be expected to perform their job in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to Management. All McMenamin employees are also expected to keep current on property events, property history, and McMenamins products. The manager on duty may assign other related duties.
Requirements of the Job:- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work well with little or no direct supervision
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Must be available to work the majority of scheduled concerts

Essential Job Functions:- Limited lifting of up to 25lbs with the help of another person if necessary

- Knowledge of property layout and property wide events
- Knowledge of business hours for all areas on property

- Fine hand manipulation including handling small-medium sized objects
- Present a positive image and interact well with customers and other employees
