This is a manual work position consisting primarily of tasks associated with housekeeping. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provides general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removal of trash, cleaning windows, cleaning restrooms, cleaning and sanitizing, and general policing of the facility. Responsible for performing light maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, painting, finishing drywall, cleaning roof drains, care of grounds to include mowing, raking, removing unwanted brush, assisting in cleaning entrance roadsides, and assisting with grounds keeping tasks where needed. Tasks include setting up chairs and tables, attending to special lighting and decorative needs, preparing area, cleanup, resetting timers for nighttime events, etc. These events and meetings occur both during and after hours.
